Terms for Craft Exhibitors Saturday, September 7, 2008~ 10:00 AM - 400 PM 1. Acceptance is on a "first come-first serve" basis... Applications must be accompanied by the registration fee and craft description to be considered valid. This fee is non-refundable. 2. Registration fee is $50.00 for a space approximately 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Exhibits/ storage must fit within your rented space. 3. There is no electricity or wall space available. Exhibitors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, and tenting. 4. The rain date is scheduled for Sunday, October 1, 2006. In the event of rain on both days, the show and cow maneuver will continue rain or shine on Sunday. Exhibitors participate at their own risk in the event of rain. Fees are non-refundable. 5. Displays must be set up by 8:45 a.m. and remain until 5:00 p.m. Registration and set-up begin at 7:00 a.m. The hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 6. Exhibitors will be assigned spaces in accordance with their particular needs and type of craft to eliminate similar crafts grouped together. Requested spaces will not be guaranteed. 7. No Changes in space assignments will be made the day of the fair. 8. We ask that the majority of your wares are completed items offered for sale, if possible. 9. The Nashua Country Fair reserves the right to refuse an exhibitor. 10. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of his/her exhibit area and its contents. 11. Exhibitor hereby indemnifies, holds the Nashua Catholic Regional Junior High, St. Christopher or Infant Jesus Elementary Schools or Fair organizers harmless and agrees to be fully and solely responsible for any damage or injuries caused to any property or persons harmed by intentional or negligent acts of the exhibitor, his/her employees or agents. 12.
