The Country Fair and Cow Maneuver has developed a well-earned reputation as an event with something for everyone. Along with the midway, craft fair and entertainment, it also features an exciting raffle which grows more appealing with each passing year.      Dozens of donated items, from furniture to bikes to evenings out, make up some of the prizes. But by far the most alluring aspect of the raffle are the attractive "theme" baskets prepared by each grade at our two elementary schools and the homerooms at the junior high. More than twenty wicker baskets overflowing with tempting items decorate the raffle tables at the fair.      Creative minds inspire students to collect items to fill the baskets with teddy bears, bird feeders, candles, school supplies, baking supplies, stationery, toys and much, much more.
